Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay fourth edition is a grim fantasy roleplaying game set in the Old World of Warhammer, usually in the Reikland of the Empire. Characters start as ordinary folk in careers like rat catcher, soldier or scholar, and grow through their careers over time. Tests are d100 rolls under a skill, with Success Levels measuring how well or badly you did. Combat is dangerous, with critical wounds, and corruption from Chaos is a constant threat. Sessions mix dark humor, intrigue and investigation.
