Monster of the Week is a roleplaying game about hunters investigating and stopping supernatural threats, in the style of shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Supernatural. Each player picks a hunter playbook, such as the Chosen, the Spooky or the Monstrous, while the Keeper prepares a mystery. Moves are resolved by rolling two six sided dice plus a rating, where 10 or more is a full success and 7 to 9 is a success with a cost. Sessions follow an episode structure: investigate, find the monster's weakness and take it down.
