Heart: The City Beneath is a dark fantasy roleplaying game about delving into the Heart, a strange and shifting realm under the city of Spire. Players are desperate people chasing their own goals into the depths, each with a calling and class that shape their story. It uses the Resistance System: roll a pool of ten sided dice, keep the highest and take stress on a low result. Stress builds up into fallout, lasting harm that can change or destroy a character. Sessions are about journeys, landmarks and the price of getting what you want.
No upcoming Heart: The City Beneath games in person yet.
