Dragonbane is a fantasy roleplaying game based on the Swedish classic Drakar och Demoner. It is built for fast, light play with little preparation, and the core set comes with a set of ready adventures. Skills range from 1 to 18 and you roll a d20 equal to or under the skill to succeed, with boons and banes letting you roll two dice and keep the better or worse. Adventures start in the Misty Vale, with kin like humans, elves, dwarves and duck folk called mallards. Combat is quick and can be deadly, with a lighthearted tone.
