Bolt Action is a World War Two miniatures game where platoons of infantry, tanks and artillery fight across Europe, Africa and the Pacific. Each unit puts a colored order die into a shared bag. Players draw dice one at a time, and the owner of the die activates a unit, so activation order is never certain. Orders such as fire, advance and ambush, along with pinning from enemy fire, keep games tactical.
