Azul is an abstract tile drafting game for 2 to 4 players that takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Players are artisans decorating a palace wall with colorful ceramic tiles inspired by Portuguese azulejos. Each round you take all tiles of one color from a shared display and place them on rows of your board, then move completed rows onto your wall for points. Tiles you cannot use fall to the floor and cost you points. Simple rules hide clever choices about what to take and what to leave for others.
