Altered is a French fantasy trading card game where each player sends two expeditions, a hero and a companion, racing across forest, mountain and water terrain. Characters add their stats to each region, and the player who pushes both expeditions far enough to meet wins. The game uses six factions and was known for unique cards that exist as one of a kind. Equinox ended the project in March 2026 after a crowdfunding campaign fell short, and fans now keep the game going.
